Diego joined Pérez-Llorca’s Insurance and Reinsurance team as an Associate. Prior to this, he worked as a lawyer in a renowned international law firm and in a prestigious Spanish law firm specialising in financial regulation. He is qualified to practice law in both Spain and Ecuador.   

Diego currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice. In addition, he has advised entities on corporate acquisitions and regulatory issues for banks, investment services companies and investment funds on the proper distribution of banking and investment products and services. He also has experience in advising national and international financial and non-financial institutions on corporate, corporate and employment law matters.
