Eduardo has more than 30 years of practice, is a State Attorney on leave and has held positions of responsibility in prominent Spanish and international financial entities. He stands out for having been General Secretary and Legal Advisor of Barclays Spain and CEO and Head of Commercial Banking of Barclays in Continental Europe, a period after which he joined BBVA where he held different relevant positions within the legal area of this bank as General Director of legal affairs, Director of Legal Services, Tax Advisory, Audit and Compliance, Global Head of Legal & Compliance and Global Head of Regulation & Internal Control.
