Eduardo Castillo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 as a partner in Intellectual Property, Industrial and Technology. He has more than 25 years of experience in industrial and intellectual property litigation, as well as unfair competition litigation.
Until he joined our Firm, he was a partner in a top-level national firm.
Experience
Eduardo’s experience covers the litigation of all types of exclusive rights over business intangibles and related rights. In recent years he has had a preferential dedication to patent litigation, especially in the chemical, life sciences (pharmaceutical and biotechnology) and telecommunications sectors.
Due to the nature of the matters in which he participates, Eduardo has experience in the intervention and coordination of multinational litigation, and is an expert in the design of litigation strategies in projects of these characteristics.
