Elisenda has participated in numerous projects advising on administrative and regulatory law. Specifically, she has advised companies and public entities in the following areas, among others: regulated sectors (transport and energy), transparency and good governance, public procurement, sectoral regulations on medicines, urban planning, port public domain, environment and personal data protection.
She has defended the interests of public and private entities in sanctioning proceedings, administrative proceedings, and in judicial proceedings before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction. She has participated in multiple due diligence of corporate transactions, reviewing the administrative and regulatory law aspects.
She has also provided legal advice in procedures related to the adaptation to the regulatory framework derived from the approval of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, to data protection officers of companies.
