Eric is a lawyer specialized in corporate law and M&A and a collaborator of Miquel Roca Junyent and Natalia Martí. He advises national and multinational companies, including IBEX-35 companies, both in matters relating to their daily operations, as well as in all types of commercial transactions, nationally and internationally.
In addition, he advises listed and unlisted companies on corporate governance and compliance, having specialized in economic criminal law in his Master studies at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.

Eric was awarded the Premio Nacional Lectores Diario La Ley (Wolters Kluwer) for having published the most widely read legal article in Spain during 2016, about evidences and professional ethics -being a great expert in this field- and was awarded the Extraordinary Prize in Law by the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona, having obtained other recognitions and awards for his academic career.
