Eugenio is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra who works primarily in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Banking & Finance practices. He is also part of the Energy & Natural Resources and Financial Services industry groups.

He has advised domestic and foreign clients in different industries in the planning, negotiation and execution of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic alliances, asset sales and public and private contracting. He has also represented both debtors and creditors and national and foreign guarantors in credit and financing transactions: secured and syndicated loans, corporate finance and project finance, among others. Eugenio’s multidisciplinary experience in the transactional and financial practice empowers him to implement innovative solutions and ensure the satisfactory development of our clients’ projects.
