Fabián is an Associate in BLP’s San José office in Costa Rica, specialized in Dispute Resolution. He has experience advising national and transnational companies in high profile judicial litigations, as well as commercial, banking and civil matters. He has substantial experience in leading the defense of companies and industries facing government scrutiny and related private litigation. Fabian´s practice involves representing businesses and individuals in cases related to civil liability, condominium conflicts, real estate matters, commercial disputes between partners, judicial collection, inheritance conflicts, injunctions, evictions, and fraud.

After joining the BLP team in 2019 as a Legal Assistant, he was appointed Associate in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a assistant da in the San José prosecution office and as a law clerkat Sfera Legal.
