Fanny is in charge of Arias Litigation and Arbitration Department in Honduras; she directs the Labor Department, a practice area in which she has extensive experience.
She is the coordinator of the Administrative and Immigration Department of the firm. Also, she has vast experience in public procurement and administrative procedures, including the processing of challenges in administrative proceedings.
Likewise, she has extensive experience in corporate and commercial advice, with a focus on distribution, representation, and agency, as well as related commercial relations.
