Fernando Mingo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2008, shortly after completing his studies. He was appointed counsel to the Firm in January 2020.
Experience
Fernando has extensive professional experience in judicial and arbitration procedures, which includes: (i) litigation before the Administration and public sector entities, mainly in disputes related to public works contracts and (ii) private litigation, mainly in matters related to Unfair Competition and liability actions for damages based on infringement of Competition Law.
Fernando also has extensive experience acting as an advisor to our clients on all types of Public Law issues. Specifically, Fernando has provided advice in relation to administrative contracting, tenders, public domain assets, infrastructure, subsidies, as well as transport sector regulations and contracting over the Internet.
