Fernando Quicios joined Pérez-Llorca in 1999. After several years of practice as a lawyer specialized in Commercial and Financial Law, he was appointed partner in February 2006.
As an expert in Commercial and Financial Law, he advises national and foreign clients in all types of commercial operations, especially in mergers and acquisitions and financing operations.
He is part of the Insolvency and Renegotiation Group of Pérez-Llorca, and has recently been part of important operations in this field. Fernando has also provided advice on all types of financing, both locally and transnationally, usually within the framework of acquisition, refinancing or project financing operations.
All this experience has helped him advise clients in complex transactions related to these areas. This knowledge is particularly useful in transactions within the framework of insolvency processes and renegotiations.

Fernando has extensive academic experience. He has taught classes in the Master of Business Law organized by the Carolina Foundation, at the Instituto de Empresa, at ESADE and in the Master of Access to the Legal Profession of the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Likewise, he regularly collaborates in writing articles for the economic press and specialized magazines.
