Fernando de la Mata joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022 as a Partner in the Arbitration and Litigation practice. Prior to joining him, Fernando has worked in top-level national and international law firms.

Experience

Fernando de la Mata has extensive experience in judicial proceedings in civil and commercial matters, including proceedings in corporate, banking, fundamental rights, conflicts arising from M&A operations and joint ventures, and civil liability. Likewise, he has participated as an arbitrator or lawyer in various arbitration proceedings.
