Fiorella is a BLP Associate in the San José office in Costa Rica. She specializes in the practice of Public Law, Public Procurement & Regulation, in which he has extensive experience in government matters that include tenders and public contracting.
She has developed experience in dealing with matters before the Public Administration, as well as in advising on the processing of municipal permits and licenses in all their stages. She is part of the practice team that advises on administrative litigation.
Fiorella joined BLP in 2010, served as a paralegal in 2019 and was named an associate in 2020.
