Flavio is an Associate in the White Collar Crime and Compliance areas. His practice focuses on corporate criminal advisory and criminal litigation to individuals and corporations, both national and foreign. Likewise, he is involved in conducting internal investigations and designing and implementing compliance programs.

Flavio is a graduate lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with a Magna Cum Laude degree. In addition, he has taken courses on International Humanitarian Law, Public Force and Human Rights.

During his university career, he was a Teaching Assistant at the PUCP Law School for the courses Theory of Crime and Legal Clinic - Anti-corruption and Money Laundering Section. Later, he has also been Assistant Professor on Institutions of Punitive Law and Criminal Law 3 courses at the PUCP Law School. He has also published articles regarding criminal law and criminal procedure law matters.

Flavio is an honorary member of the IUS ET VERITAS association, a law students’ association from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú’s Law School. During the period 2017-2, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and General Editor of the IUS ET VERITAS Law Journal.

He carried out his pre-professional practice in the anticorruption area of the Institute of Democracy and Human Rights (IDEHPUCP) and in the criminal law areas of Caro & Asociados and Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas law firms.
