Francisco is a Senior in the Legal Services practice at EY Argentina. Before joining EY in 2019, he worked as a paralegal at Carcavallo, Larrechea & Asociados law firm, with a particular interest in the corporate law department.

He has experience in corporate and company law, providing day-to-day legal advice to significant national and multinational clients.

Francisco has provided guidance to clients in M&A and restructuring transactions, working on the preparation of all relevant transaction documentation.

He is a lawyer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, where he also completed several postgraduate courses, including Legal Advisory for Companies, Banking and Financial Law, and Perspectives on Regional, Federal, and Global Compliance. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Economic Business Law at the same university.

Francisco is the academic coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Business Advisory at the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and the University of Buenos Aires. Additionally, he is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital.
