EY Law - The Directorate General of Revenue (DGI) has announced on its website that it has published new registration guidelines for financial institutions and multinational companies regarding the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Country-by-Country Report (CbC).
The DGI informs financial institutions and multinationals that new guides regarding CRS, FATCA and CbC are now available at https://dgi.mef.gob.pa/Internacional/IIFiscal.
