Francisco J. Gómez joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2017. Prior to this, Francisco worked for two and a half years at a Spanish law firm.

Francisco specialises in corporate law, particularly in the sale and purchase of companies and assets, the creation of joint ventures, corporate restructuring and modifications, corporate governance and, in general, in commercial and corporate practice.

Francisco has been involved in a number of transactions, both at a national and international level, where he has advised on all stages of the investment (preliminary deals, the due diligence phase, negotiating the share/asset purchase agreement, contract or agreement between partners, formalising the investment, divestment contracts, etc.), coordinating different teams, both from Pérez-Llorca and from other foreign law firms.
