Francisco is a professor of Commercial Law. He joined Pérez-Llorca in 2004 as Of Counsel.
Experience
Specialist in Company Law, Financial Law, Stock Market and Bankruptcy Law. In these matters he has written numerous doctrinal studies, as well as various monographs. He participates as an author in the most important comments on commercial legislation and in the preparation of various opinions and legal works on this subject.

Francisco is a professor in the Master in Business Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid and in the Master in Business Insolvency at the San Pablo CEU University.
In 2017 he was appointed permanent member of the General Codification Commission and assigned to the Second Section of Commercial Law.
He participates as a speaker in many conferences, courses and seminars.
Francisco is principal investigator of the Project of the Ministry of Education and Science on «The main Institutions of Insolvency. Societies and Reintegration»
