Gloria Pérez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 as Counsel of the Labor team. Prior to joining her, Gloria was responsible for the Labor Law area of the Madrid office of a Spanish firm.
She will be responsible for supporting the international development of the practice, labor advice in transactional operations, collective negotiations and legal assistance in litigation.

Experience

Gloria has more than 13 years of experience in all areas of labor relations, especially in collective bargaining (ERTEs, collective agreements, collective dismissals, substantial modification of working conditions, etc.) and in the legal direction of judicial procedures, both individual and collective, which are substantiated before the social jurisdiction, and in all its instances. In addition, she has participated in important business reorganization operations, labor inspections and labor due diligence, as well as in the development of equality plans, incentive policies or remuneration plans for managers, among others.
