Hernán has worked in the firm’s Intellectual Property department since 2023. He has extensive experience in corporate law, intellectual property and intellectual property litigation.  

Hernán was a general counsel for Penguin Random House, one of the world’s largest publishing groups, and was recognized in this role by the GC Powerlist of Legal 500 in 2019 and 2022.  

He currently leads Alessandri’s Enforcement area and has obtained significant results in matters of piracy, illicit trade, advertising ethics, and unfair competition.
