Iciar de Lorenzo is a lawyer in Pérez-Llorca’s commercial practice, which she joined in September 2015. In 2019, she worked in the Firm’s London office.

Her professional practice is focused on the area of commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Iciar frequently advises on national and international mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in a number of sectors. She is also regularly involved in private equity transactions and provides legal advice to clients on a wide variety of aspects of corporate, commercial and general contractual law.
