Irene has more than four years of experience in the complete management of legal proceedings throughout the national territory.
She is a lawyer in the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation Department, where she advises Spanish and international companies from various sectors, defending their interests and assisting them in making decisions in conflict situations for the prevention of litigation, as well as in subsequent actions before the courts of law and in arbitration or mediation proceedings.
Irene is a UDIMA accredited mediator and has participated as an arbitrator in the International Arbitration and Commercial Law Competition (MOOT Madrid) organised by Carlos III University of Madrid and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
