Ivette is a BLP Associate at the Las Catalinas coastal office in Guanacaste. She specializes in the practice area of Real Estate & Hospitality.

She has participated in the start-up and operation of real estate development projects in urban and coastal areas of Costa Rica, especially in the Province of Guanacaste, providing legal advice on the purchase and sale of real estate developments, including residential acquisitions and dispositions. She has extensive experience in due diligence on the purchase and sale of real estate, as well as the regulations on Land Use, Regulatory Plans, and the Maritime Terrestrial Zone.

She joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2007.
