Jaime de Blas joined Pérez-Llorca in 2014 and was appointed partner in January 2021, after having worked for four and a half years in the Community and Competition Law area of an international Firm. In his practice, he advises national and foreign clients.

Experience

Jaime is a specialist in European Union and Competition Law. He provides advice on restrictive agreements, abuses of dominant position, economic concentrations and state aid. He defends clients in the framework of sanctioning procedures, both at the national level before the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) and before the corresponding bodies of the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, and at the European level before the European Comission. Likewise, he is in charge of developing compliance programs.
