Experience

Javier has more than 20 years of experience in commercial advice, with special emphasis on takeover bids, M&A, private equity, business restructuring, joint ventures and listings. He has participated in operations in the energy, infrastructure, financial and industrial sectors, as an advisor to national and international groups.
