Javier is a BLP Associate in the Guatemala City offices. He specializes in the practice of Dispute Resolution. He has extensive experience in the development of legal and defense strategies for the resolution of disputes in an extrajudicial and judicial way, in different areas such as civil, commercial, administrative, contentious-administrative, constitutional, tax, and labor law, among others.

He joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2021. Before joining the firm, he worked as a lawyer with renowned Guatemalan law firms.
