Javier joined Pérez-Llorca’s arbitration and litigation department in June 2014. He was appointed partner of the Firm in January 2020.
He joined the Corps of Judicial Secretaries in 1997.

Experience

Javier has been advising clients in complex bankruptcy proceedings, with special emphasis on bankruptcy qualification, defense against reintegration actions and the purchase of productive units and significant assets in bankruptcy.
Magistrate specializing in commercial matters (2nd promotion), assigned to the Commercial Court No. 5 of Madrid since November 2007.
