Jen is the EY Asia-Pacific and Oceania Entity Compliance and Governance Leader, based out of the EY member firm in Sydney. She has a strong skillset in advising multinational groups and large privately owned companies, with the identification and management of leading practice legal entity compliance and governance, leveraging people, process and technology.

She has over 15 years’ global experience, having worked in several company secretarial and governance professional roles (both in-house, law firms and professional services capacity) across Australia, Ireland, the UK and the Channel Islands. Jen understands the challenges associated with facilitating effective board engagement, reporting and corporate governance.
