Joel is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. He is part of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Banking & Finance practices. He also participates in the Financial Services and Energy & Natural Resources industry practice groups.

Joel’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Within his practice, Joel assists both domestic and foreign clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including credit transactions and financings (secured, syndicated, corporate, project, among others). He also provides advice on compliance with regulatory matters and coordinates corporate legal audits. Joel has taught Public International Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
