Jordi Gras joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020. Prior to joining, he provided services in an international firm, as a Partner in the Litigation and Restructuring Area.

Experience

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Jordi is specialized in judicial procedures in the civil and commercial field. During his career he has advised and represented important clients in arbitration and judicial procedures (financial products, contractual disputes, real estate, corporate litigation, debt claims, insolvencies and unfair competition, among other matters). He is an arbitrator and has been a bankruptcy administrator.

Jordi is a professor of the Postgraduate Course in Legal Practice at the Illustrious Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB) and has been a professor of the Master’s Degree in Bankruptcy Law at the same institution. Likewise, he taught classes in the ISDE Master of International Law and has been a lecturer at the ICAB, the College of Economists of Catalonia and Foment del Treball, among other institutions.
