He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to national and multinational companies in structural modification operations; as well as in the purchase and sale of companies, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and all types of commercial contracts.
Likewise, in the area of corporate compliance, Juan advises companies on the adoption of good corporate governance measures. All of this, within the framework of the implementation of legal compliance management systems (i.e. Ethical Codes, Whistleblowing Channels, Internal Protocols and Policies, etc.).

Juan has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. He has a Postgraduate Degree in Compliance from the Pompeu Fabra University; in Business Law, from the Open University of Catalonia; and in International Relations, from the University of Barcelona.
In addition, he has a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from ESADE.
