Juan Francisco is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra with more than eight years of experience in the practices of Litigation, Arbitration, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, and Anti-corruption & Compliance.

He represents Mexican and foreign clients of many different sectors in the resolution of disputes, inside and outside of court. Specifically, he has counseled in highly complex lawsuits and arbitrations on a variety of matters (anti-corruption, civil and commercial disputes, shareholders conflicts, etc.) and related to different sectors, such as energy and construction, before Mexican, U.S. and European courts. He has also taken part in some of the most relevant anti-corruption investigations of recent years in North American and he has assisted some of the largest companies in Mexico in the implementation of compliance policies. In Bankruptcy & Restructuring he has represented both bankrupt clients and creditors. He has broad experience in cross-border bankruptcy matters. Juan Francisco has taught in universities and has participated in forums on civil, commercial and anti-corruption law.
