Laura is an expert in Labor and Social Security Law. He has experience in all fields of action in the workplace, highlighting, among other activities, the representation of his clients in the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service, before the Labor Inspection and before the Courts and Tribunals of Social Matters, in matters such as such as dismissals, claims for amounts, claims for rights, sanctions, substantial modification of working conditions, etc.
