Llanet Gaslac is a member of the Tax department. Her practice is focused on tax advice to companies and entities, either domestic or foreign, regarding tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, financing operations, operations. Also, she sponsors clients in audits procedures.

Llanet is a lawyer from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (2009) and a candidate for the Taxation and Tax Policy master’s degree program at the University of Lima. She has also, a Diploma of Specialization in Mining Law (2011) and Tax Law by the PUCP (2011).

Llanet has been teaching assistant of the Income Tax course at the University of Lima. Moreover, she has been speaker in conferences on tax matters and has published several articles on taxation matters.

Before joining law firm, Llanet worked as a Tax Consulting Manager at Ernst & Young.

Llanet has more than 10 years of experience, with a particular emphasis on advising companies in the construction sector, services, mass consumption, telecommunications, real estate, education, agriculture, among others.

She is a member of Peruvian Tax Law Institute and the International Fiscal Association - Peruvian Group.
