Lorena has focused her professional practice in Property Law and has an extensive experience in advising both national and international clients.
She is double qualified, as Spanish lawyer (abogada) and as English Solicitor, and prior to joining RocaJunyent, she worked for more than 6 years in several boutique Law Firms in London, mainly in the areas of Conveyancing and Real Estate.
After joining the firm in 2012, she has specialized in the whole process of purchase and sale of all kind of properties, preparing due diligence reports, drafting all types of contracts and deeds and advising on property law, condominiums/commonholds and leases.
It is worth mentioning her experience in the acquisition of large portfolios of real estate assets by subsidiaries of banks and building companies.
