Luis is an associate in the BLP office in Guatemala. His specialties include Public Law, Public Procurement & Regulation and Labor & Employment.

He has experience with local and foreign clients in regulatory advice, administrative processes, judicial procedures in labor matters, residency status, and work permits for foreigners.

In addition, he has participated in projects that required the analysis and resolution of cases in banking, municipal regulations, aeronautics, real estate, telecommunications, and energy generation.

He has extensive experience and knowledge of the procedures and presentation of memorials and administrative appeals before the competent bodies in the country.

He joined BLP as a Senior Legal Assistant in 2022, after having worked at Alta Legal QIL + 4 Abogados for 3 years. Luis also worked as a solicitor at Consortium Legal.
