Marcia is a partner in the firm’s Marcia is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy area. Her practice specializes in advising companies on insolvency and restructuring under the General Bankruptcy System Law before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), as well as on private restructuring, advising companies with financial difficulties in the negotiation with their creditors and the integral restructuring of their liabilities.
Additionally, Marcia works on consumer protection practices, unfair competition, bureaucratic barriers, distinctive signs and copyright, advising various companies on the prevention of contingencies, answering of queries, as well as administrative procedures.
Previously, she has served as representative of INDECOPI Legal Department and as legal coordinator of the Commission on Dumping, Subsidies and Elimination of Non-Tariff Trade Barriers of said institution.
Marcia has been recognized in the "Up and Coming" category by Chambers and Partners, as well as a "Next Generation Partner" by Legal 500.
