She has extensive knowledge and experience in board secretarial services, drafting of corporate documents, resolution of corporate queries, drafting and negotiation of national and international corporate contracts, M&A operations and participation in due diligence processes.
She advises companies and organisations in different industries, including retail, steel, pharmaceuticals and private equity. Her main role is to provide day-to-day support and advice to the operating and holding companies of an internationally active private equity firm.
