María has been practicing as a lawyer since 2010. She has experience in the different areas of labor and Social Security law, such as issues that form part of recurrent legal advice to companies, entities and corporations of the textile sector, iron and steel industry, automotive, commerce, pharmaceutical, among others, both national and international, as well as in collective bargaining issues.

During his professional career, she has provided support to the Human Resources directors of the different companies to which she contributes in the recurrent day-to-day management.

She has participated in national and international restructuring operations (collective work changes, substantial changes in working conditions, employment implications of business succession, etc.), including the analysis and preparation of due diligence reports.

Before joining RocaJunyent, she worked in the Labor Department of KPMG and Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers.
