María Victoria Tuculet is a partner of the Financial Services and Capital Markets and ESG departments.
Her practice focuses on corporate financing and capital market transactions, both in the domestic and international markets.
She has extensive experience on capital markets transactions, as well as in advising on securities, banking, foreign exchange and AML regulations. She has also participated in mergers and acquisitions operations.
Between 2018 and 2019, she worked as a visiting attorney at the firm Shearman & Sterling (currently A&O Shearman) in the areas of capital markets and M&A.
Since 2022, Victoria is leading the efforts of the law firm to develop the ESG area of practice, participating as speaker in several specialized forums, as well as publishing papers related to ESG matters. In addition, she is the host of "Diálogos Sustentables" a podcast series in which she discusses trends and challenges related to sustainability and ESG policies with local and international experts.
In 2024, she completed a Master’s degree in Private International Law at the University of Buenos Aires, defending the thesis on "Jurisdictional Immunity in Sovereign Debt Restructuring Processes." Victoria has also served as an Assistant Professor of this subject at the same university.
She is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal.
