Mariana is a BLP Partner based in El Salvador. She specializes in the practices of Corporate Law and Banking & Finance.

She is a legal adviser for national and international companies, she provides advice on corporate law matters. Mariana has extensive experience in domestic and multi-jurisdictional legal projects, including the structuring, negotiation and execution of mergers, acquisitions and financing of highly complex projects, as well as consultancy and implementation of corporate compliance processes and due diligence processes in various sectors such as: telecommunications, oil, mining, banking and mass consumption.

She joined the BLP team as a Partner in 2020. Previously, she was an attorney at Arias for more than 13 years.
