Marta is part of our Corporate Department and specialises in M&A and corporate advice. She has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity, having participated in the drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase and investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and complex corporate restructuring transactions.

As part of her extensive international experience, Marta worked at Nabarro LLP London for a year, in the Corporate and Insolvency Departments.
