Maryeling joined Arias at the end of 2012. She has advised several national and international clients in corporate affairs, real estate, administrative law, among others. During her time in the firm, she has actively participated in legal due diligence for the acquisition and financing of various projects in different economic sectors, as well as in the structuring of guarantees.
She has also provided advice on contracting, structuring and incorporations of corporations, limited liability companies, non-profit associations, and foreign branches in Nicaragua, as well as obtaining licenses and permissions for the execution of projects, transfer of real estate and in the processing of their registration in the different administrative authorities.
