Máximo Bomchil is the honorary president of the firm.
His practice focuses on general commercial and corporate law, with particular emphasis on corporate and tax matters, corporate acquisition arrangements and corporate restructuring.
He is a member of the board of directors and supervisory committee of well-known national and international businesses.
Dr. Bomchil has been Vice-President of the Franco-Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, President of the Alliance Française of Buenos Aires, and member of the board of trustees of the Fondation des Alliances Françaises.
He represents the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires before the International Bar Association. In this organization, he has been Co-Chair of the Law Firm Management Committee and is now Co-Chair of the Senior Lawyers Committee and Advisory Board member of the Section on Public and Professional Interests.
In addition, he is a member of the Honorary Board at Universidad Di Tella’s Law School.
He was a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and acted as arbitrator in many commercial cases.
