Mireia has experience providing legal advice in different areas of labour law and Social Security to national and international companies, giving direct support to Human Resources managers. She also provides legal defence before the different labour courts throughout Spain, as well as before labour inspectorates. 
She has also provided legal support in collective bargaining processes and offers legal advice regarding the fulfilment of the company’s obligations in terms of occupational risk prevention and liability for accidents at work.
