Mirko Medic is part of the corporate area of ​​the Firm. His specialization focuses on general corporate advice, civil and corporate matters, financing, business reorganizations and complex contractual matters. Therefore, his practice includes corporate, contractual, and financial advice to national and foreign clients. Likewise, he leads the Life Science practice of the Firm, covering medical regulation, health authorizations, pharmaceutical, food and agricultural regulation.

Within the specialty of Life Science, he has advised national and international companies, as well as non-governmental entities, on issues of obtaining health authorizations, clinical trials, regulation of medical and pharmaceutical establishments. This includes procedures before medical regulatory entities, such as the National Directorate of Medicines, Supplies and Drugs (DIGEMID), the National Superintendency of Health (SUSALUD), the National Institute of Health (INS), among others.

On the other hand, Mirko has significant experience in administrative matters. In this way, it has brought proceedings before various Ministries, the Private Investment Promotion Agency (PROINVERSION), the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property (PROINVERSION), as well as regulatory entities (OSIPTEL, OSITRAN) and municipal entities.

Mirko Medic is a lawyer graduated from the University of Lima. He also holds a Master of Laws with mention in corporate law, awarded by the University College London (UCL), London, in the United Kingdom.

Mirko Medic carried out pre-professional internships in Rebaza, Alcázar & De las Casas. He is also an associate of ADV Editores, an association that publishes the magazine "Advocatus", of which he was Director of Economy.
