Mónica joined Pérez-Llorca in 2015 and was appointed partner in January 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Mónica worked as an associate for three and a half years - between 2011 and 2015 - in the Banking and Law department. Finance in the Madrid office of an international firm and for two years - between 2009 and 2011 - in the Financial Law and Securities Market department of the Madrid office of a prestigious national firm.

Mónica specializes in Banking and Financial Law. She has advised national and foreign clients, listed and unlisted companies, and participated in corporate financing operations, project financing, asset finance, as well as restructuring and debt acquisition operations.
