Nasif Hamed joined Pérez-Llorca in 2014 and was appointed partner in 2022. Previously, he worked for two and a half years in a renewable energy consulting firm and interned as a lawyer in a prestigious international firm.
Experience
Nasif is specialized in Commercial Law and transactional matters. His most important area of practice is related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, as well as corporate restructuring and cross-border operations, with both private and listed companies, all in different areas of industries. Nasif has advised on various operations, advising private equity funds and large national and international industrial companies.
Over the last few years, Nasif has advised on national and international operations related to investment and disinvestment in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
