Natalia Olmos Castro joined Pérez-Llorca in 2011 and was named partner in January 2021.
In 2017, she completed a secondment at the Chilean firm Carey.

Experience

Natalia is specialized in the area of Litigation and Public Law Firm. Her practice focuses fundamentally on litigation, both in the contentious-administrative and civil jurisdictions, including all types of corporate conflicts (i.e. challenging corporate agreements, liability of directors) before the Commercial Courts.

Advises and defends the interests of its clients on complex issues, both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases and in a wide variety of matters including all types of conflicts (in the health sector, corporate conflicts, consumers and users, air transport and highway, financial and banking sector), so he has extensive knowledge of the different branches of public and private law.

She has extensive experience in the application of administrative, general and special legislation, as well as in advising administrations and public entities and private companies in their relations with public administrations.

Knowledgeable about administrative contracting and its modifications, she advises national and international clients on public sector contracting and in the exercise of property liability actions and judicial claims against the Public Administration, both administratively and in litigation. -administrative and civil. In particular, she continuously advises companies that participate in bidding processes for all types of public contracts (works, services, supplies and concessions), both at the time of bidding and during their execution.

Among her main clients are important national and international companies, such as Iberdrola, Aena, El Corte Inglés, Grupo ACS, OHL, Acciona, Copicsa, Técnicas Reunidas, Grupo Puentes and Comsa.

Natalia has been a teaching collaborator in the Master in Business Law at the University of Navarra.
Likewise, she has been a speaker at the Public Law Conference on the new regulation on administrative procedures held in Pérez-Llorca in 2016.
She is also a speaker and coordinator of the different events and webinars held with clients and potential clients at the Firm. In this regard, she has participated as a speaker and coordinator in the different "Public Procurement Breakfasts" held in the Office, in which the main developments in public procurement are analyzed after the publication of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, Public Sector Contracts.
She has also participated as a speaker in webinars on the regulatory provisions approved on public procurement to address the COVID-19 crisis; as well as in another online event on the management of European funds for Digital Transformation, the latter organized by the DCH association.
