Nikki works with leading Australian and global fund managers on a full range of corporate, commercial and regulatory issues facing their businesses. She has particular expertise in assisting clients with fund establishment (onshore and offshore), product disclosure and distribution. Nikki also regularly advises clients on establishing, buying, selling and restructuring their businesses and works with Australian superannuation funds in relation to their onshore and offshore investments.

Nikki has a particular focus on alternative investments and has assisted many Australian hedge fund managers start up their businesses and establish Australian domiciled fund and Cayman Island offshore infrastructure. She is currently the Hon. Legal Counsel and Chair of the Regulatory Committee of AIMA (Alternative Investment Management Association) Australia. She is also a member of the Sydney Organising committee of 100 Women in finance.
