Experience

Patricia is specialized in Commercial Law. Her most important area of practice is related to corporate and real estate operations, including structuring of real estate investments / divestments, company acquisitions, joint-ventures and corporate restructuring.

Likewise, she Patricia she regularly provides advice on operations related to investment and divestment in renewable energy projects and purchase and sale of mortgage and consumer loan portfolios.

Doctrinal and teaching collaboration

Patricia has experience in the teaching field and participates as a speaker in the Advanced Real Estate & Hospitality Program organized by the Instituto de Empresa. Likewise, she regularly collaborates in the writing of articles for the economic press and for specialized legal magazines.
